Data Deletion Instructions

FiftyMetrics respects your right to delete your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
How to request data deletion
Option 1 — From your dashboard
Log in to your FiftyMetrics account at dashboard.fiftymetrics.com, go to Settings → Account, and click "Delete Account". Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — By email
Send a deletion request to info@fiftymetrics.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request and delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of receiving your request.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and credentials
- All connected platform integrations and stored API tokens
- All generated reports and report history
- All revenue items and custom configurations
- All connection logs and usage data
Note for third-party data
FiftyMetrics retrieves data from your connected platforms (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Stripe, and others) on your behalf but does not permanently store raw platform data beyond what is needed for report generation. To delete data held by those platforms directly, please contact them.
