Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 May 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FiftyMetrics (the "Service"), operated by SC FISKAL MANAGEMENT SRL ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Romania with its principal place of business in Bucharest, Romania. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
FiftyMetrics is a SaaS application that connects to your third-party business platforms (such as Stripe, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, and others) to display your business metrics in a unified dashboard and generate AI-powered insight reports ("FiftyInsights™") every three days.
2. Accounts
To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Keep your password and API credentials secure.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to bind your business if you are signing up on its behalf.
3. Subscription, fees, and payment
FiftyMetrics is offered on a monthly subscription. Current pricing is shown on fiftymetrics.com and is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
- Optional one-time setup fees may be charged for onboarding services (e.g. configuring third-party API connections on your behalf). These are billed separately.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of your account after a reasonable grace period.
- You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Your data and credentials
You retain all rights to your data and to the credentials you provide for third-party platforms. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to access, store, and process this data solely to operate the Service for you, and to send aggregated business metrics to Anthropic's Claude API for the purpose of generating reports. We will not sell or use your data for any other purpose.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service depends on third-party APIs (Meta, Google, Stripe, TikTok, etc.) that we do not control. Their availability, rate limits, terms of service, and policies may change at any time. We are not responsible for outages, data inaccuracies, account suspensions, or other issues caused by third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
6. Per-platform OAuth integrations and authorized scopes
The Service offers OAuth-based integrations with Google, Meta, and TikTok. Each integration uses a distinct application registered with the respective provider and named FiftyMetrics. The paragraphs below describe each integration separately so the data you authorize is unambiguous. Connecting any of these integrations means you explicitly authorize FiftyMetrics to access the data described, for as long as the connection remains active or until you revoke it. A more detailed disclosure of the exact OAuth scopes and what each scope reads is provided in our Privacy Policy, section 5.
6.1 Google integration — application "FiftyMetrics" (Google OAuth 2.0)
By clicking "Connect with Google" inside the Integrations page, you authorize the FiftyMetrics application registered with Google to obtain, on your behalf, read-only access to: (a) your Google account email, name, and profile photo URL for the purpose of identifying you and creating your FiftyMetrics account; (b) your Google Analytics 4 properties and their aggregated metrics; (c) your Google Search Console properties and their search performance data; (d) your YouTube channel metadata, video list, and YouTube Analytics data; and (e) your Google Ads campaign structure and performance data. FiftyMetrics is granted no write, modify, or delete permission on your Google account, and FiftyMetrics does not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service outside the scopes listed in the Privacy Policy. You may revoke this authorization at any time from inside the FiftyMetrics dashboard ("Disconnect" next to Google) or from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6.2 Meta integration — application "FiftyMetrics" (Meta App ID 1647323656321476, Facebook Login for Business)
By clicking "Connect with Meta" inside the Integrations page, you authorize the FiftyMetrics application registered with Meta (operating under Facebook Login for Business with a fixed Configuration ID) to obtain, on your behalf: (a) read-only insights for your Meta Ads accounts, including spend, impressions, clicks, reach, frequency, and placement breakdown; (b) the list of Facebook Pages you administer and read-only access to those Pages' profile data, recent posts, and post-level engagement metrics; (c) the profile and recent media of any Instagram Business account linked to those Pages, along with the linked account's aggregated insights; and (d) the business-account / ad-account / Page-account linking metadata needed to fetch the above. FiftyMetrics is granted no permission to post, comment, message, react, edit, schedule, or otherwise modify any content via Meta's APIs, and FiftyMetrics does not access private messages or direct messages on Facebook or Instagram. You may revoke this authorization at any time from inside the FiftyMetrics dashboard ("Disconnect" next to Meta) or from Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
6.3 TikTok integration — application "FiftyMetrics" (TikTok Login Kit, Client Key awvc521zw1fj4t8z)
By clicking "Connect with TikTok" inside the Integrations page, you authorize the FiftyMetrics application registered at developers.tiktok.com to obtain, on your behalf, read-only access to: (a) your TikTok open_id and union_id (anonymized identifiers); (b) your public profile fields (display name, bio, profile photo URL, profile deep link, verified status); (c) your aggregated counts (followers, following, total likes, total videos); and (d) your most recent public videos with their aggregated public engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, duration, cover image, upload timestamp). FiftyMetrics is granted no permission to post videos, comments, replies, or messages, and FiftyMetrics cannot access TikTok direct messages, drafts, or any video that is not public. You may revoke this authorization at any time from inside the FiftyMetrics dashboard ("Disconnect" next to TikTok — which also calls TikTok's /v2/oauth/revoke/ endpoint to remove the grant on TikTok's side) or from tiktok.com/setting/app-data-authorization.
6.4 TikTok Marketing API integration — application "FiftyMetrics" (TikTok for Business Developers)
By clicking "Connect with TikTok Ads" inside the Integrations page, you authorize the FiftyMetrics application registered at business-api.tiktok.com to obtain, on your behalf, read-only access to: (a) the TikTok Ads Manager advertiser account(s) you have access to, including account name, currency, status, balance, and timezone; (b) the structure and settings of your campaigns, ad groups, and ads, including names, statuses, objectives, budgets, bid strategies, optimization goals, and start/end times; (c) aggregated performance reports at advertiser-account, campaign, ad-group, and ad level (spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, conversion value, video views, watch time) together with breakdowns by placement, country, age, gender, and creative type; (d) the names, sizes, and types of the custom and lookalike audiences attached to your advertiser account; and (e) the public metadata of your ad creatives (titles, thumbnails, video URLs, per-creative metrics). FiftyMetrics is granted no permission to create, edit, pause, resume, duplicate, archive, or delete any campaign, ad group, ad, creative, audience, or budget via the Marketing API. FiftyMetrics does not upload custom audiences or contact lists, and does not access end-customer personally identifiable information. You may revoke this authorization at any time from inside the FiftyMetrics dashboard ("Disconnect" next to TikTok Ads) or from inside TikTok Ads Manager → Business Settings → Apps.
6.5 LinkedIn integration — application "FiftyMetrics" (LinkedIn Client ID 77nhvmgkxj9jhg)
By clicking "Connect LinkedIn" inside the Integrations page, you authorize the FiftyMetrics application registered at developer.linkedin.com to obtain, on your behalf, read-only access to: (a) your LinkedIn identity via OpenID Connect (subject identifier, first and last name, locale, profile photo URL, and primary email address); (b) the LinkedIn Ads accounts your LinkedIn user has access to, including account name, type, currency, and status; and (c) aggregated LinkedIn Ads performance reports at account and campaign level (impressions, clicks, spend, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, lead-generation form fills, video views, video completions) together with engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, follows, reactions). FiftyMetrics is granted no permission to create, edit, pause, resume, archive, or delete any LinkedIn Ads campaign, ad group, ad, creative, audience, budget, or bid via the LinkedIn Marketing API. FiftyMetrics is granted no permission to post content, comments, or reactions on your behalf or on any organization's behalf, no permission to send connection requests or messages, and no access to your LinkedIn connections, feed, or messaging. You may revoke this authorization at any time from inside the FiftyMetrics dashboard ("Disconnect" next to LinkedIn) or from linkedin.com/psettings/permitted-services.
6.6 Common to all OAuth integrations
For every OAuth integration above, the access and refresh tokens we receive from the provider are stored in our database encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, decrypted only in memory while we make API calls on your behalf. Disconnecting an integration deletes the stored tokens from our database; for Google and TikTok, disconnecting also revokes the grant on the provider's side. If you revoke the grant directly from the provider's own settings page, our next API call will return an expired-token error and the integration will be automatically marked disconnected inside FiftyMetrics.
